Prosecco is a white grape variety, that only grows in a small foothills of the Alps region of the Treviso province in the north east of Italy. It is mainly pressed to a sparkling (ital. _Spumante_) and a semi sparkling wine (ital. _Frizzante_).
The sparkling wine Prosecco Spumante contains the same amount of carbonic acid as French _Champagne_ or German _Sekt_. Prosecco Frizzante on the other hand is a semi-sparkling wine with less carbonic acid. EILLES Prosecco Vino Frizzante _Dolce Vita_ - Prosecco for scooterists!
