Prosecco is a white grape variety, that only grows in a small foothills of the Alps region of the Treviso province in the north east of Italy. It is mainly pressed to a sparkling (ital. „Spumante“) and a semi sparkling wine (ital. „Frizzante“).
The sparkling wine Prosecco Spumante contains the same amount of carbonic acid as French ‘Champagne’ or German ‘Sekt’. Prosecco Frizzante on the other hand is a semi-sparkling wine with less carbonic acid. EILLES Prosecco Vino Frizzante „Dolce Vita“ - Prosecco for scooterists!
